Career and Technical Education

Welcome!

Career and Technical Education courses are offered at Robstown High School and Seale Junior High.  We prepare our students for their future providing the following Career Clusters Programs at Robstown High School are:  Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources; Architecture and Construction; Arts, A/V Technology and Communications; Business, Management and Administration; Finance; Health Science; Hospitality and Tourism; Human Services; Information Technology; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; and Transportation, Distribution and Logistics.  At Seale Junior High Career Development and Business courses are provided to students to prepare them for high school courses.

RISD Career and Technical Education programs give our students the opportunity to enroll in courses that enhance their academic education, learn skills and knowledge to assist them with their postsecondary educational endeavors.

All our students are encouraged to build a solid career educational investment for their futures. Students are provided an opportunity to explore various career pathways to determine their educational needs and options, develop employability traits, and attain marketable skills.  In addition, our students participate in community and leadership activities by joining our student organizations.
