We would like to congratulate the 11 Destination Imagination teams from throughout the school district that participated in the regional competition on March 3rd at King High School in Corpus Christi. Destination Imagination is an extracurricular activity for students ages 5 thru 18. Students that participate in Destination Imagination work in teams to solve problems using creative solutions. Results from the regional competition were as follows:

• Hattie Martin placed 2nd in the Direct Flight, Elementary School Level and received the DaVinci Award
• Seale Junior High placed 2nd in the Direct Flight, Middle School Level
• Ortiz Intermediate placed 3rd in the Round About Courage, Middle School Level
• Robstown High School placed 1st in the Switching Tradition High School Level

The Robstown High School team advanced to the state competition that will be held in Dallas on April 13th and 14th.
