Thelma Vasquez is an accomplished educator who earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Del Mar College and Texas A&M Kingsville. With a strong foundation in English Language Arts, Thelma is committed to creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment where students are empowered to achieve both academic success and lifelong accomplishments. Her teaching philosophy focuses on providing a dynamic learning experience that adapts to the unique needs of each student.

In addition to her classroom responsibilities, Thelma sponsors the Interact Club and serves as the Senior Class of 2025 sponsor. Her dedication to her students and school community has been recognized with the Proud Picker Award, and she was honored to be selected as an Educator Hero by a top ten graduating student in both 2020 and 2024.
