Eliza Sanchez is an accomplished educator with a rich academic background, having attended Del Mar College, Texas A&M Kingsville, and Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She holds an Associate's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, specializing in Special Education. Eliza is passionate about meeting students where they are and inspiring them to reach their full potential. In addition to her role in the classroom, she coaches Academic UIL for Feature Writing. Eliza’s dedication to academic excellence is reflected in her achievements, including being awarded the prestigious Ronald E. McNair grant, serving as Vice-President of the Honor Society of Psychology, and having her research published and presented at the Psychology Symposium and Conference.
