Irma Elizondo is a proud alumna of Del Mar College, where she earned an Associate in Applied Arts. She has also achieved both her Chef Certification and Cook/Baker Certification, bringing a wealth of culinary expertise to the classroom. Irma is passionate about the belief that every student has the potential to learn and thrive, sharing her philosophy that "genius is given to everyone, but only a few choose to live in that genius." As the sponsor of the Catering Club, she inspires her students to tap into their own creativity and culinary talents, turning lessons into opportunities for growth and success.
