Robert Gonzales earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary's University and a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University. As a collaborative and technology-driven educator, Robert believes that effective teaching is built on partnership and innovation. In his classroom, learning is a shared journey, where both students and teachers actively co-create knowledge and skills. By fostering an environment of collaboration, Robert empowers his students to take ownership of their learning while developing critical interpersonal skills essential for their future success.

In addition to his classroom duties, Robert is an Academic UIL coach for Social Studies and Current Events and Issues, guiding students to excel in these competitive arenas. His dedication to education was honored in 2024 when he was selected as an Educator Hero by one of the top ten graduating seniors.
