Dustin Richardson is a graduate of Texas A&M Kingsville, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. Dustin's teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that relationships are the foundation of successful education. He lives by the quote, "Kids don't care how much you know until they know how much you care," which reflects his commitment to building meaningful connections with his students.

As a dedicated member of the RECHS athletics program, Dustin not only inspires his students in the classroom but also on the field, fostering both academic and athletic growth. Additionally, he assists in sponsoring the Culinary Club, encouraging students to explore their talents beyond traditional academics and athletics.
