Bianca Silguero is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University Kingsville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a minor in Psychology, followed by a Master of Science in Counseling and Guidance. Her background bridges child development with education and training, enabling her to apply developmental theories to create impactful educational strategies.

 

As an Education and Training teacher, Bianca’s philosophy centers on empowering learners to reach their full potential by fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment. She believes that teaching goes beyond knowledge delivery—it’s about inspiring and equipping students with the skills and mindset for personal and professional growth.

 

In addition to her teaching role, Bianca is a co-sponsor of the BBQ Club, where she helps cultivate community and teamwork among students.
